RETURNS

Generally, Spectator Jonze does not offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind. Please do inform us by email within 24 hours of receiving your artwork if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase and we will work to resolve your concerns. Refunds will only be applicable where Spectator Jonze is deemed to be in breach of the description offered for each artworks. Refunds will be given strictly at the discretion of Spectator Jonze. If a refund is approved the artwork/s must be shipped and delivered to Spectator Jonze within 14 business days of date of delivery. Please note that the customer is liable for all shipping costs associated with the return of an artwork.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Spectator Jonze uses Australia Post with tracking or signature required at point of delivery for larger orders. If you have not received your purchase after 10 business days, please advise us in writing so we can investigate its whereabouts and resolve the issue. If you require express shipping, please contact hello@spectatorjonze.com and express shipping can be quoted for you at an additional cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Spectator Jonze uses Australia Post or trusted international couriers and will not be accountable and/or liable for artworks that are lost or damaged during shipment internationally if an authority to leave is given to the courier company by the customer. Giving an authority to leave without a customer signature waives the customer’s right to a refund or replacement.

International shipping can take up to 21 business days upon dispatch depending on location. If you are yet to receive your purchase after that length of time, please advise us in writing so we can investigate its whereabouts and resolve the issue. If you require express shipping, please contact hello@spectatorjonze.com and express shipping can be quoted for you at an additional cost.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTY FEES

All international orders may incur customs or an import duty fee. These charges arise upon delivery of your parcel. These charges vary greatly depending your country and cannot be predicted. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Anyone at your specified delivery address who receives the goods shall be taken by Spectator Jonze to be authorised to receive the goods on your behalf.

If there is no one at the delivery address at time of delivery, you will need to make alternate arrangements regarding a suitable time with the courier. You may be required to pay an additional fee.

COLLECTION OF ARTWORKS

If you are able to collect your purchase from Brisbane, Australia please contact us directly on hello@spectatorjonze.com and await for confirmation directly. We are happy to organise a suitable location and time for both parties to save on shipping costs and for the utmost care in delivering the artworks.
